How To Book
1. Check availability on our availability page or by telephone and make a provisional booking. The dates will then be held for 7 days only to allow for receipt of the deposit. If no deposit is received the house may be re-booked without prior notice.
2. Read the terms and conditions below and fill out the online booking form.
3 Then submit the booking form and either: send a deposit cheque (for one third total rental) to: John Milner, Cross Tree House, Lopen, Somerset. TA13 5JX or pay by BACS transfer (for details please ring or e-mail).
You will then receive confirmation, receipt and balance due date.

The deposit to confirm a booking is one third the total rental. The outstanding balance, together with a separate cheque for £300 as a breakage deposit, is due two months prior to your stay. However the full amount plus breakage deposit must be paid if booked within two months of your stay.
